Situated about 5 minutes (approx. 1.5km) away from all the hustles and bustles of downtown city proper while still accessible to public transport. The property is along the beachfront so you could enjoy your breakfast or afternoon coffee with a seaside view at our deck. Not to mention, sunsets here are always the best. We have lived here for 20 years but we always look forward to sunsets. We love animals so please bare with our labradors Roxy and Rusty who will greet you as you arrive. Our family loves the sea a lot, so if you do too, maybe you could join us in one of our beach and dive trips! The space is non-aircon but is well-ventilated with large windows, and in addition, a fan is provided. Our staff are friendly and approachable, if you need anything or want us to assist you in your stay please don't hesitate to ask. To get to our place, please tell your driver to drop you off across the blue chapel at Mansasa Seaside. The property itself is within Tropical Shores Apartelle. There is a signage at the entrance along the roadside. But the best landmark would be the chapel.

Atención a los huéspedes
The villa is within a compound where there are 4 apartment units and our house. We have household staff who are available almost 24/7 but interaction with us really depends on you as our guest. We can have minimal interaction to having us as your new-found friends. We just want you to feel comfortable during your stay. My brother, Brad, lives in this compound while I, Rachael, am living separately with my own family. I respond to your inquiries via the Airbnb App so you might not see me that often. We also do our daily activities so there might be times that you wont catch us around. This is why we have our staff who are available to accommodate your needs. However, if you feel like talking to us in person especially if you need help with some tours around the island please do not hesitate to ask our staff to get in touch with us. We would like to apologize ahead if in case we don't get to meet in person during your stay but rest assured that we are delighted to have you as our guests!

*** NOTE: there is currently a road construction by the government in front of the property. But not to worry since there is no noise that would reach the accommodation. We are located 20 meters from the road and rest assured it's not going to bother you. It's just going to be a bit tricky to cross. ***
We are not very strict with house rules. However, we believe in respecting each other's space and property. We would appreciate that you take care of our properties and be conscious of other people/ guests during late hours of the night. We can allow pets as long as they don't cause public disturbance or destroy the property. Please be conscious in the disposal of your pet's waste. We also do not allow smoking inside the unit. Smokers are advised to smoke in open spaces away from other people. Proper waste disposal is highly appreciated as bins are provided for garbage collection.
We are siblings who are Filipino-Australians but have lived in the Philippines our entire lives. My brother and I are both nurses by profession but chose to live life as a homemaker and home-based entrepreneurs. Growing up, we always loved nature and the outdoors. We strive hard to care for animals and the environment, so we would be delighted if you help us in our goal. We also do a lot of arts, crafts and DIYs, so you may sometimes see us around doing our "stuff". We may be a bit shy at first, but nevertheless we are very approachable once you get to know us.
