I will also be contactable - any time - by email or text. Whenever possible, I will farewell you at the end of your stay and if not possible due work commitments, I will contact you prior to your departure.
My name is Tracy and I am your host. I live in the apartment beneath you. This is a small building of 4 apartments. It is a safe and friendly neighbourhood.
• Please feel free to invite and entertain your family and friends however we request no large, late, noisy parties or events please.
•Additional guests for overnight stays will require notice, approval, and an additional charge may apply.
•We would appreciate you advising any accidental damage, loss, or spills resulting in staining.
•Please report any breakages or accidental damage immediately. (Prior to your arrival any existing stains, cracks, chips, marks and general wear and tear have already been recorded via photo documentation).
For stays longer than 2 months, an interim inspection to check care and cleanliness will be required to take place.
•No smoking please.
•Our check out time is around 10.00am.
This check out time may be extended upon request – with the exception of when incoming guests are booked for the same day check in. We often have back to back bookings, but are happy to accommodate late check out whenever possible.
