This nice 2 bdrm condo is downtown overlooking the river & the University.
It is 2 blocks from the Sheraton ($175+/night + parking + GST+PST+Hotel tax for a 1 bedroom without a riverview or kitchen) or the similarly priced Parktown.
Some of the furniture is a little old, so it is priced reasonably, but it is quiet and has free underground parking for a midsized vehicle included. Street parking (pay) is also available for guests with a truck.
It's very quiet two bedroom condo with a nice view. Modestly furnished with a fair price for the right renters. Comparable hotel rooms at the Parktown or Sheraton (both 2 blocks away) typically cost $150- $330/n +GST+PST+Hotel Tax+Parking.
Servicios y zonas comunes
Please feel free to help yourself to any of the food in the fridge or cupboards. I keep the condo fairly clean but please remember that I am a bachelor, not someone in the hotel or cleaning business.
There is one queen bed & one single. There is a dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven in the kitchen. The furniture is comfy but old (and in some cases really in need of replacement).
There are some unique things that come along with it as well. I keep a yoga mat, bolster strap and block available to anyone who would like to practice. Namaste.
The quad core computer is connected to a fibre connection and works on the 50 inch monitor. So it's easy to watch Netflix, YouTube or local TV at will.
The computer mouse pad is attached to my old, beat up executive leather chair. I would've replaced it years ago had the set up not been the most comfortable computing environment I've ever worked in. If you work on a computer and have a bad back you will understand the significant benefit that this set up has as you're able to lean back in the chair with a wireless keyboard on your lap and the headset.
Atención a los huéspedes
If I am not available or if you need anything whatsoever, you can contact my son or father who both live close by.
Please don't party, play loud music or smoke. This is an ideal place for a couple, small family with kids or someone in from out of town who is working here for a short term. It is not to be used as a business office to see people.
