This is a well laid out bright 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the centre of downtown Vancouver. The location can't be beat, in the heart of it all with an optional parking spot. Plus English Bay views!

The apartment is has an open concept work, living and dining area with beautiful views of downtown Vancouver and English Bay. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and the bathroom is brand new!

The key fob you will be provided will give you access to the 14 floor where the apartment is located and to the gym located on the Lower Main level as well as the small library on the Main floor.

I will meet you outside of the main entrance at the appointed time and I'm happy to assist as needed!

There are many transit options within the area. Burrard and City Centre skytrain stations are a 10-15 minute walk and a direct bus to UBC is two blocks away. Seaplanes are easily accessible from Coal Harbour and a great way to see the area.
Since it's the centre of town, it's ideal to explore on foot.
If parking is needed, please advise at the time of booking, when possible.

The workspace is stocked with basic office needs (pens, pencils, highlighters, paper clips, ruler, 3 hole punch, mini stapler) plus a multi function laser printer/scanner and letter sized paper.
