Descripción

Want to stay in a spacious loft 102 steps from Wenceslas square with a stunning view into the Franciskan Gardens? Search no further, you've found your place to stay in the Golden City.

A full and elaborate description you're going to find further down but since next to Photos, you all LOVE bullet points, here you go :)

• The most central Location. Seriously. Can't get any more central. Trust me.
• Very quiet though, it's in the back of the house. Central+Quiet=IT WORKS!
• Best view of the Franciscan Gardens and the Church. Romantic!
• Read the awesome reviews my guests gave me. They're even better at describing the place than I am
• Shops for everything within a stones throw.
• Public Transport? YES! All of it. Two Metros, Lot's of Trams!
• Beautiful House with a beautiful history (Gooogle Langhans, see for yourself)
• 24/7 Reception and Check-In and Check-Out
• Fully equipped modern flat with all you might need.

... Alright and now, since you're still reading,(thanks!) I'm going to elaborate a bit more:

My flat is just perfect for two people! Located on the 4th floor which you can reach by elevator, the flat is about 80 square meters, so 40sqm for each of you if you split it up equally.. ;)
It has a bedroom with a comfy double-bed and a living room with a big open kitchen. There's a bathroom with a washing-machine and a separate toilet.
The beautifully restored art-noveau building is located in a pedestrian area, so you won't have many cars driving by. You won't hear any street noise anyway since the flat is in the back of the house, facing the beautiful Franciscan Gardens.

The best location from where you can go around exploring Prague!
The neighborhood is in the midst of everything, you will be able to find everything you need just a few minutes away:
Best public transport possibilities, Wenceslas Square in one minute, Old Town with the Old Town Square in 10 minutes. It's also the ideal location to venture out to the calmer residential neighborhoods of Vinohrady and Zizkov.
There's a supermarket, an organic grocery store, Drug-store, Pharmacy, photo shop, kiosk, and and the same block. A five minute walk away you will find a 24 hour shop - which comes in very handy when you find yourself at 3am standing in the bathroom realizing you ran out of toothpaste.
There are two Arthouse Cinemas which show movies and regularly host film festivals just two minutes away - going to the movies in your pyjamas anyone?

There are two (out of three) Metro lines just a few steps away. The entrance to the Metro is literally next door. The tram stop Vaclavske Namesti is in front of the house. (Trams numb and all the night trams run through that stop) . Plenty of taxi stands are on Wenclesas Square.
.. but to be honest, you won't be needing all that anyway. Everything is in walking distance!

The renovated art noveau building where the flat is located in has a long and vivid history. There used to be a photo atelier of J. F. Langhans, one of the most renowned turn of the century czech portrait photographers in that location. Since then, photography played the lead role in this venue, today the biggest photo-store in the Czech Republic has its flagship store in the house and there's a library and archive you can visit which works with the legacy of Langhans. (If you want a tour of the house, the archive and the history behind it , let me know, I'd be happy to show you around)
In the back of the house there is a little cozy café you can spend time in drinking fair-trade coffee and surfing the internet with their free WIFI.

Here again first for those who prefer them bubbly points. :)

• Comfy double bed
• Bedsheets and towels
• All sorts of Shampoos I leave there and other guest leave behind
• Kitchen furniture
• Dining table and chairs
• Couch
• Kitchenware (dishes, appliances, basically all you need to cook a nice dinner)
• Dishwasher (why bother washing the dishes by hand? Safe time and relax)
• Refrigerator (I try to leave some beers in it..)
• Stove
• Kettle
• Nespresso Coffee Maker
• Hair Dryer
• Wi-Fi
• Plans and Attractions of the City
• Washing machine
• and in general quite a lot things some guests leave behind. :)

... Again, now for the one's who like proper writing :)
The apartment comes equipped with every conceivable appliance for you to use. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook some dinner which you bought in one of the various shops just around the corner. There's WIFI available for you to use which works perfectly and is super fast. There are bedsheets and towels provided.
Well, what else to say, there is everything you might need and plenty of space to feel comfortable for a stay in a foreign city.

...read my reviews. I'll do a wonderful job don't you worry. You're going to have an amazing time. :)

Best public transport possibilities, Wenceslas Square in one minute, Old Town with the Old Town Square in 10 minutes. It's also the ideal location to venture out to the calmer but up-and-coming neighborhoods of Vinohrady and Zizkov.

Transfer from an to the airport takes around 45 minutes by public transport. Some 30 by cab - but beware of rush-hour. No fun.

Also there's in the back of the house a little cozy café you can spend time in drinking fair-trade coffee and surfing the internet with their free WIFI.

Thank you for viewing my apartment listing. Should you have any inquiries or require any further information, please feel free to contact me. Even if you don't wanna stay at my place, I'm happy to help you out - there's a lot of useless idiots around. :)

All the best
