Up top, the rooftop is yours: a private pool under a shaded pergola, a BBQ, an outdoor shower and views over the jungle. Inside, the double-height living and dining room fills with daylight, furnished with custom pieces and natural materials. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and coffee maker.
Three bedrooms, each with a king bed, its own bathroom, air conditioning and a safe. A washer and dryer and fibre-optic internet, with back-up generators and filtered drinking water throughout the complex. The bathrooms are stocked with premium biodegradable shampoo, conditioner and soaps, made by local beekeepers from organic honey.
The resort-style pool and fire pit are shared with the other residences.
