3)NO SMOKING IN CONDO, ON BALCONYS, OR ON PORCHES.
4)Please turn off all lights and turn heat to 60 when you aren’t in the condo.
5)NO DOGS OR CATS ALLOWED.
6)Do not split wood anywhere in Condo (there usually is wood but no axe).
7)Clean your dishes by starting dishwasher before you leave. Use powdered dish washing soap under the sink only. Remove trash, recyclables and any perishables in the fridge. Trash bIn and recycle containers are outside. If you use BBQ, you must clean it or there will be a $50 additional cleaning charge.
8)Ten clean towel sets are supplied for your visit. If you need clean towels use washer & dryer. No towel exchange program. No laundry soap is provided.

Very comfortable and roomy unit. We loved the kitchen and dining area. Very close to all the shops and restaurants. It was also a central location to our day hike trails. Highly recommend.

Our group had a very nice & comfortable stay at Denis's place. The condo is in a great central location and is very well equipped. Communication with Denis was very smooth too. Highly recommended!

Great place and convenient location. You cannot walk to the slopes obviously but it takes 5 min driving and you can also take a bus that runs every. I would definitely stay at Denis' place when I come back to Mammoth.

The condo was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and centrally located. Close to town, restaurants, ski lift and public transportation. Denis was very accessible by email and responded quickly when we had any questions. We had a wonderful stay and family ski trip!! Thank you!!

Denis' place was very nice, spacious, and inviting. Plenty of room for all of us. The place is very clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time up in the breakfast nook watching the snow come down! The complex was great with keeping the snow shoveled and the sidewalks and streets clear. Denis was extremely easy to work with. He provided a ton of great information ahead of time about the condo and answered all my questions about things to do locally. He was prompt with all his replies. We got snowed in and couldn't leave Mammoth. But, Denis was very accommodating and let us stay additional nights until we could get out of town (luckily there were no renters coming in right away). I highly recommend this place and we would defiantly stay here again.

This is a wonderful unit, well equipped with plenty of room for a large group. It's easy to get to - midway between Canyon Lodge and Old Mammoth Road. We would definitely stay again.
