Great highway access and access to all amenities in the area. Limited basic amenities. The apartment includes towels, bedding, basic cooking utensils, stovetop and oven, small fridge and kettle. For a small fee, there are cleaning and laundry services available. (The apartment is not shared).

Please take note of the following:

1. Our TV is a smart TV which allows you to log into your own netflix, youtube etc. We also have all the local TV channels. We do not have DSTV.
2. The apartment has limited amenities. These include, linen, towels, basic cooking utensils.
3. The apartment is not serviced during your stay. However we provide cleaning services daily at an additional cost. Please request cleaning services from Hani, our manager, payment can be made in cash at the property.
4. Meals are not included in the rate. However there is usually a stocked vending machine in the lobby of the building should you wish to buy snacks. You can also ask Hani about the restaurant that trades in the building, for their menu and operating hours. We also have a number of delivery services where we can order you food from for you.
5. There is an additional fee for extra guests, please ensure in your booking you book for the correct number of guests.
6. Each unit has a mini stove top, small oven and small fridge.
7. The building does not allow children.
8. To ensure the residents safety, the building does not allow guests at the premises. Only persons booked for, via the airbnb app, may enter the premises. Each apartment may host a maximum of 2 guests per unit. Please ensure you book for the correct number of people and note that there is an additional fee for the second guest.
9. We do provide tea and coffee on arrival. Due to the heat, we do not keep these items in the apartments. If you require tea or coffee in your unit on arrival please message us or ask Hani when she checks you in.
10. We provide basic amenities on arrival such as toilet papers, linen, a set of towels etc. These amenities are not replaced during your stay. If you wish to have these amenities replaces please opt in for our cleaning service at an additional fee, the cleaning service includes replacement of finished/dirty amenities. This can be arranged at the premises with Hani.
11. We do not provide double adapters, chargers etc. We request you bring your own.
12. There are masks, sanitizer and soap available for sale at the property, should you forget yours! Please enquire with Hani should you wish to purchase. (these items are subject to availability - we keep only a few in stock at a single time).
13. The apartment is located in a block of flats. There is no receptionist. Hani is available at the property and I am available by text should you need anything during your stay.
14. once you’ve booked, you’ll be able to view my contact information. If I don’t answer your call, I may be in a meeting, please text and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively call Hani, who is listed as my co-host
15. We are compliant with all COVID protocols and regulations. This room fits a maximum of 4 people. Due to COVID regulation we are only allowing a maximum of 2 people during this time. Please ensure when you book you select the correct number of guests as we charge an additional fee for each guest.
