Fabulous three bedroom, five bathroom apartment with sea views and private roof terrace with pool.
This three bedroom apartment is in the prestigious and highly sought after Es Pouet gated community. It has only recently been completely refurnished by La Maison de l'Elephant and Ohm Ibiza.
The roof terrace has a large, comfortable and shaded, seating area as well as dining for six and a BBQ. On the next level of the terrace is a small private pool and sun loungers. The view is amazing. You can see the nearby island of Formantera, the Dalt Vila, Talamanca bay and the surrounding hills. It’s the ideal spot for sunbathing, relaxing or eating al fresco.
Going down the spiral staircase brings you to another terrace. This one also has both dining and comfortable seating as well as lovely sea views. Step through the electronic sliding glass doors into the large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Here you can relax on the huge sofa and watch the 60” 4K Smart TV (with Apple TV). There’s also yet another dining table for six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a ceramic hob, oven, grill and extractor, a large fridge freezer, coffee machine and microwave.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, large double bed and HD TV. The remaining two bedrooms also have an en-suite bathroom as well as twin single beds. The en-suite bathrooms have a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin (the master en-suite has two).
Just off the lounge is a guest bathroom for visitors and there’s a fifth, along with a shower, in the utility space. The utility space has a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a fold down bed that can be used by an extra guest if required.
The entrance to the community is manned by a guard 24 hours a day. The apartment has its own, covered and secure parking space. Catch the lift from the garage up to the floor of the apartment. Other facilities include air-conditioning throughout, wifi internet, intercom access and safes in every room.
As well as the pool on the roof there is a large pool within the community gardens that is restricted to resident use only. There's also a smaller pool for children. During the summer months these are monitored by a life guard. A locked gate gives easy access to the walkway that enables you to reach the nearby Talamanca beach on foot or just stroll around the bay.

When you check in to the apartment you'll be given a number you can call 24 hours a day if you have any problems whatsoever. During business hours you can also contact us by email and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
We ask that you respect our apartment at all times during your stay. We also ask that you respect our neighbours. As such we ask that you keep all noise in the shared community areas to a minimum. We also request that you refrain from the playing of loud music and/or general unruly behaviour either in the apartment or in the grounds of the building, particularly the pool area.
Unfortunately, any serious complaints of loud noise or unruly behaviour that result in either the buildings security or the local police being called is likely to mean you will be asked to leave. No refund of any remaining days of your stay will be offered. This is a situation that we will always endeavour to avoid because it is not good for either party.
Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest’s stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any rubbish in a suitable bin bag. This will help us clean the apartment much quicker and enable us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
Check in is at 3pm or after unless by prior agreement. Check ins after 10pm will attract a €30 surcharge. Check out is at 11am, again unless there is a prior agreement.
We will have taken a damage deposit for the apartment which in the vast majority of cases is returned at the end of your stay. However we understand that accidents do occasionally happen. We would be grateful if you could please let us know when they do. In many circumstances we can fix things fairly easily and as quickly as possible. This will ensure that in the case of damage occurring the maximum amount of your damage deposit is returned. In the case that any deposit does have to be retained we will take photos of the damage and provide all receipts for any repairs or replacements.
To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when its not in use or you’re leaving the house. The planet thanks you too.
No other guests other than those agreed are allowed to stay in the apartment and its maximum capacity should not be exceeded. If you do want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’ll do what we can and accommodate wherever possible.
In order to ensure the full safety of all of our guest’s belongings, we ask you to lock all doors (including sliding glass doors) and windows when you go out. We also recommend keeping all expensive belongings in the safe provided. Whilst Ibiza is relatively safe, we want to ensure every guests stay remains problem free, and these simple suggestions will help to ensure that.
