I am sorry we had a telephone conversation with you and your wife so long ago, which probably made things more confusing for you guys since we wentrour team always tried to find you the best for your needs, not only switching your reservation from one place to another one, but always trying to make you feel better.
It was also kind of difficult to help since you were always comparing the pics from one of our Airbnb listings with another one we sent you (even in a different location) with a lot of time in advance, which actually showed a 3D tour. I personally explained you about the kitchenette and you agreed to that, among other things. The original listing you booked was on the beach but we moved you to another complex which is on the heart of Cabo and in the Marina, yet again you agreed to that. Everything asked was replied either by phone or email. Anyway, I am sorry for the inconvenience but it seems everything that you agreed was wrong at the end and mainly from comparing it to another of our listings (the one booked originally, which you solicited to be changed after).
Finally, I am sorry you came just in the middle of Spring Break, where most of the city is noisy and partying. For me it is important to clarify as I know you understand other guests (many actually) book through us, and therefore important to clarify with other hosts so they really take care with all your requests and specific expectations.
Besides this, I really wanted to thank you for booking with us and look forward to hosting you again in the future, probably at another property or one that fits better your expactations.
