I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay fully. As soon as I was informed about the cleaning issue I offered to you a new cleaning service, since I understood it may have been slightly faulty (eg. floors not mopped well enough) upon your arrival. However I had no response from you on this regard at the time of your stay. For your reference, I have had no such cleaning issue at the arrival of any of my previous guests, and am certain that I / guests will not need to encounter a similar situation again.
When it comes to the flat and its furniture all is visible on the advertised photos of the place. There is no one room looking different than on the truthful pictures in my Airbnb advertisment. Perhaps it is not so much the current furniture causing your concerns, but there may be the possibility of your own expectations being a little bit unfair. Should you have wished for a different style of house, standard or other kind of furniture it is of course a fair request, however it was never the offer you choose and finally booked. I am always looking to improvements, and love taking care of my place, so with time I am sure a 'new look' shall take place. For future reference, all ammendments will be visible and clear in my Airbnb ad. For further information, please do contact me!
