Very nice, 90m2, apartment in a private house in a nice area in Reykjavik. The area around is Elliðaárdalur (e: Ellidaardalur) often called "the Pearl og Reykjavik".

Our house is located in a nice kind of valley with a good shelter for the north wind. We enjoy the highest mean temperature in Iceland, and for Iceland that is good.

We, the house owners how live in the house usually, will be travelling abroad during the Christmas and New Year holiday season from the 17th of December 2018 till the 7th of January 2019. We are interested to rent the house on Air Bnb during this time. As we will not be there to service the house, we need to rent for not less than 7 day's at the time.
