Management may elect to terminate tenancy resulting in IMMEDIATE EVICTION with NO REFUND.
5.No subletting or assigning property to other persons, not designated
6.Missing items and damage caused; if the amount exceeds your deposit you will be billed for the difference
7.Guests agree to take property as is and sight unseen. All properties have been cleaned before each occupancy and is in good condition. Guests to provide paper products.
8.Guest agrees to adhere to any house rules posted
9.Kitchen, baths, and floors thoroughly cleaned, trash deposited in outside black bins, recyclables in blue bin, linen laundered and stacked on bed(s) before departure (unless cleaning fee is paid in advance)
10.Property must be left in reasonable condition- If property requires additional cleaning beyond normal use additional fees may be assessed.
11.No smoking inside or outside premises. No candles or incense permitted.
12.I have read and understand company policies (found on the website or in paper form)
13.Utilities will be deducted from deposit on monthly rentals.
14.If property is left damaged your security deposit will be assessed via AirBNB.

This is a wonderful little beach cottage! For 3 adults it was actually quite roomy. The full kitchen was great for cooking as we didn't want to go out all the time. The bathroom was a bit small, but all was very clean. We enjoyed the sunshine on the patio every morning and the beach was just a block away. We will keep this place in mind for future visits!!!

The home was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. It was steps from the beach, offered ample sleeping space, and a large living space to unwind. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans and the laundry amenities was a huge plus! The trash can disappeared the night before the scheduled trash pick-up and Luke came over right away and brought another. Additionally, we were delayed in our arrival and Luke accommodated that by leaving keys in a lockbox. Luke and the home were just what we needed. Thank you!

We had a great week in San Diego. The cottage is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, close to the board walk but still the neighborhood is quiet(er). The cottage was older and has a cottage-like feel to it, and it accommodated our family of 5 just fine. We wished the effort to make the place nicer was bigger: The broken fence and gate, uneven patio, old, rusty and corroded grill, and an old sun umbrella (not shown in the picture next to the review) weren't much to look at. To have only 1 old beach chair, old water logged, crumbling boogie boards, and a few broken sand toys made us feel that no effort goes into making sure your guests are special but that this is a $ investment. But as I said, we had a great time, and the host came by within the hour when there was mis-communication about the keys when we first arrived, and all was good.

Hello Birgit, Thanks for the review. I wish you would have told us about your concerns so that we could fix them. We have lots of toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas we could have brought you. We really do try to make our tenants feel appreciated and have a pleasant stay. We only have 2 people working in the office and try to keep a good relationship with our customers and address any concerns they have. I hope you will return in the future so we can give you a better experience. Sorry again for the troubles.
