Our 3 bedroom/3.5 bath upper residence promises the very lifestyle that the Newport Beach Peninsula is known for: great recreation, beautiful beaches, and fun destinations all around within walking or biking distance. The casual coastal theme throughout provides the backdrop for a comfortable family beach getaway, just steps away from the sand on 33rd Street. All 3 bedrooms boast an en suite bathroom and private outdoor deck. Here's what you'll find:

MAIN (SECOND) LEVEL

LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Leather queen pullout sofa/loveseat set
- Cable TV
- Gas log fireplace
- Dining table w/ seating for 6
- Sliding glass door out to front main level ocean view balcony w/ propane gas bbq grill; outdoor dining for 4; market umbrella

KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- Built-in desk area
- All major appliances; small appliances
- Guests must provide food, drinks, spices, condiments

BEDROOM/BATHROOM #1:
- Queen bed; sliding glass door to private side deck

LAUNDRY: Full facilities in closet adjacent to kitchen; guests must provide their own supplies

PARKING: 1 small single car garage for compact/midsize only; 1 additional carport space for any size vehicle. Garage 82"Hx 90" W. General neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).
The house entry is from the garage via an interior stairway to the main living spaces on the second and third levels; alternate house entry from inland side exterior stairway. (The ground level condo is owned and occupied by another party).

RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more! NOTE: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Once you set foot in this 2200 square foot property, you realize you have entered into the lifestyle that Newport Beach is known for: great recreation, beautiful beaches, and fabulous destinations all around! Just steps away from the sand, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath residence is located in the highly desirable Newport Beach Peninsula. A casual beach theme is tastefully provided throughout, making this the perfect, yet comfortable family beach getaway. With windows galore, the natural sunlight keeps the interior ambiance light and airy.

The "Grand Central" kitchen opens up to a large great room with a living and dining area that leads out to the main deck which overlooks the neighborhood with a great view to the nearby ocean! All 3 bedrooms have their own private bath and deck, for a total of 5 decks to entertain or just relax reading a book; it all depends on your whim.

One bedroom is situated on the second main level, near the kitchen; the remaining bedrooms are located on the third level, where the master includes a front deck with spectacular views to the ocean AND mountains....also the perfect spot to view the nightly Disneyland fireworks shows several miles away!

Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, pop-up canopies; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, etc. Contact us for more information!
