The entrance open onto the living area in which you will find the kitchen, dining table for 6 people and lounge area with TV. From this level you can reach the other two levels. The upper one is reached by climbing 15 steps of a spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom (not splittable beds, width 160 cm) in the loft, here the ceiling height is 2.10 meters, that opens on to the living area with ensuite bathroom with shower. From the floor of the living area you can go down 17 steps to access the lower floor, under the level of the street, in which you will fin the second bedroom equipped with double bed (not separable bed, width 160cm) and a single bed (90cm wide) flat-screen TV , the laundry area, the second bathroom with shower and another room with a Jacuzzi hot tub.

All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted). For rentals over 60 days special conditions apply.
The property is located right next to the main ring road which runs around the historic centre of Florence on what was once the perimeter walls of the old city. The whole area of piazza Donatello and the surrounding area is full of artists and artisans studios. Back in 1874 a real neighbourhood of artisan studios and workshops was formed and in 1949 the Donatello Group was created, which every year in June in the gardens of the square organizes an exhibition showing their work to the community. The lovely Villa Donatello overlooks the square and is now home to a private clinic, and the main lobby of the Giardino della Gherardesca, now owned by a large luxury hotel. Piazza Donatello is still very close to the historical centre and in particular the area known as Santa Croce. In the area you can enjoy the largest selection of boutique shops, bars and typical restaurants and pizzerias within the city. Three of the finest and most expensive restaurants, Cibreo, Pinchiorri and Alle Murate are located nearby. There is also a good choice of mid-priced options. By night, Santa Croce becomes one of the liveliest parts of town and with its pedestrianised streets and illuminated buildings it transforms into the perfect venue for an after-dinner glass of wine or evening stroll. The Florence city center is a ZTL zone which means a limited traffic zone and therefore special rules apply to entering this area. This particular apartment is not located within the ZTL which is an advantage, meaning that driving to the apartment and parking nearby is fairly easy. Near the apartment you will find adequate street parking, which you will pay for between approximately 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. When seeking street parking please note that you must park in the blue lined spots as the white lined ones are for resident permit use only. Parking costs vary within the city with the highest charges being found towards the centre of Florence. If you prefer, you can park in a private garage or choose one of the several underground parking garages.
This property for rent is not a hotel, agritourism, B&B or similar, and therefore by law, extra services similar to those you may find in these types of accommodations, such as a reception, concierge or security, receiving mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during your stay, and amenity kits with soaps etc. are strictly prohibited.
