Because there are a variety of remote control devices, depending on equipment offered, many guests get confused.... I do, too, sometimes. The problem in this case was the TV remote was set to view the DVD player rather than cable TV. Once the input was properly set, it worked perfectly. I was not made aware of any problem with WFI but that, too, is easily resolve by pushing reset on the modem. We have a variety of condos - some updated to king beds and walk-in spa showers and kitchens like you'd love to have at home. Others are more basic. The price will normally reflect the difference and the pictures in the ads certainly show the difference. The more updated units normally run $20 to $40 per night more. The location also affects the price. Beach front view where you can sit on your deck and watch dolphin are higher per night than view that look at the parking lot. I can only encourage people to research what they 'want' and ask questions in advance.
