As a response to the long and detailed comment of Alexander i would like to share my view of the young family. They arrived and everything was well. the following day as promised we visit them at 10am to see and answer any questions they may had. It is in normal people common sense to use the apartment good like their own place especially if they are there for 4 weeks. We normally dont charge people that stay for 1 or 2 weeks but when its longer we take a picture of the meter and we told them that they have an allowance of 70euro which is more than enough for the period of their stay, we explained all of this to Alexander before his departure and he was agreed. Worth to mention that they used MORE THAN 250EUROS of electricity!!!! This was shocking as we never had such a consumption! Of course we asked for the difference in the amount of 155euros, to cover THEIR cost! They paid and then the following day they demanded and threaten to report us which shows what type of character they had as everything was agreed in good faith but turn out to be a very bad experience! They demanded the money back which we gave in the condition to vacate the property to avoid any damages that they might do to the property. The property was FILTHY!! They had 2 children,which we expected to keep it clean but it was mess which we had to fix everything within a day for the next arrival. They asked us for baby cot which we provide with no extra charge, asked for plumber which within a day the problem was solved. We heard a lot of complains that the children where making a lot of noise by the pool and the ignorance of the parents made it worst and difficult for people to relax by the pool. It was an experience that we had it FIRST time and people can see it from our comments that we always give 120% to our clients for their comfort, we just expect some understanding like adults form our clients which we always get, except this once.!
