Descripción

We have a rad, exclusive little room in Williamsburg for travelers who want a chill vibe in a cool neighborhood. A hotel room like, studio apartment attached to the back of our apartment, with a private entrance and private bathroom.

This is a cute, quaint space that we have worked hard to paint and decorate, to share with travelers, friends and family.

The room, similar to a hotel room, comfortably fits 2 people, a couple or close friends/family as the bed is a double and it would have to be shared. There are fresh towels and bed linens provided.

Williamsburg is said to be the birthplace of the hipster. It is a great neighborhood because it has a little bit of everything... And it has been growing like crazy, even since I moved here six years ago, it has changed so much.

Guests will have access to the private studio room and the shared backyard.
In the room there is:
- full bed
- desk
- private full bathroom
- closet
- full length mirror
- clock radio with aux adaptor to play music from cell phones or ipods
- small refrigerator
- microwave
- coffee maker
- electric kettle

I live in the apartment that is attached to the studio room, by one wall with a locked door and curtains, along with Panda (my dog), my roommate Chloe and her dog (Mister). Chloe and I work more than full time jobs here in New York and have opened up our apartment to lodgers through airbnb to help us two single ladies in New York pay the rent. It has been a great experience for us and we have had many a great lodger. We do our best to make it as comfortable, clean and lovely as possible for our guests.

This room is perfect for travelers who want to have a quintessential Williamsburg and New York neighborhood experience but still like a comfy place to rest after a long day (or night) of New York adventures.

Very nice neighbourhood, well connected to downtown. The appartment fits the description very well, although wifi was not working all the time.

Great location, easy access to multiple subway lines, comfortable bed, and a price that allowed us to eat where we wanted and visit all the sites we could fit in.

Cortneys place was exactly as described! Furnishings were aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The apartment is located a short 10 minute walk away from subway stops and bus lines are all around. There's a couple coffee shops within a block and a handful of restaurants within a couple blocks. Conveniently situated near DUMBO as well. The hosts were extremely responsive via the in app messaging and were very flexible in my case by allowing me to drop off some of my belongings well before check in so I could hit the ground running in NYC!

I have lived in New York for 5 years and I am originally from Northern California. I work freelance in film.

I like to travel, go on road trips, hang out at the beach and find fun things to do in New York City.

I have traveled a bit but most recently I have visited Puerto Rico, Nicaragua, Miami and Vermont.

Thanks for your time and I hope that you will come and stay with me :)
