At 3,500 square feet, you won’t lack for room in this comfortable, beautiful, and sunny house powered by solar panels with conventional backup. This former home of a Palm Springs designer is newly renovated, gorgeously furnished, and decorated with original art. House has a semi-circle driveway as well as a three car garage and a fascinating rock and cactus garden in the front. Our 33 foot pool has an attached spa set in a backyard that faces west for great views of the San Jacinto mountains. We are very near to the spectacular Indian Canyons Golf Resort (open to the public) and just south of the expanded Smoke Tree Shopping Center. Downtown Palm Springs is just a few minutes drive away.
Area is far to the south in the prestigious Canyon Country Club neighborhood, the best in Palm Springs, which is non-windy, receives full sun, and has wide and wonderful views of the mountains from its million dollar plus homes. Have no fear of golf balls or golf carts as we are off the fairway. Area is very quiet and far from drive-by traffic.
The backyard has a shade porch for outdoor dining and lounging and a seven foot hedge provides total privacy. Grab some fruit from our citrus trees to squeeze your morning juice and use the outdoor shower. Outdoor dining furniture seats eight. Pool area has four loungers and an outdoor fridge/wet bar and shaded sitting area.
All rooms in this house are spacious and sunny with travertine tiles or carpeting. Living room has soaring cathedral ceiling, a gas fireplace, and views of the pool and mountains. The master bathroom is the size of a Manhattan apartment and has a sunken tub and separate shower. Master bedroom has two enormous walk-in closets, each the size of a bedroom. The other bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and spacious closets. We have added two roll away beds to accommodate more guests.
T.V. den is cool and cozy with shelves full of books and a 42 inch HD television with DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with island counter, gourmet cookware, and state of the art appliances as well as a television. Next to it is a sunny breakfast room for reading the paper as well as an outdoor breakfast nook in the shade. Cabinets have crystal and wine glasses and three different sets of china.
Televisions with cable and HBO are in all bedrooms. Long distance calling is free and WiFi is provided for your laptop. A mini-business center with P.C., printer, and fax is provided for your use. The computer is connected to DSL. This is your luxury home away from home.

Sorry to say that parties, events, gatherings, etc are not allowed by a city ordinance. Playing music or a radio or other sound system in the backyard is also not allowed by the City of Palm Springs. By law guests must not socialize in the yard after 10 pm. House is strictly limited to eight sleepers at night and ten during the day.
Hosting a party or event or housing more than 8 guests will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Fines for noise or playing music in the backyard ($500.00 per violation) will be deducted from the guests' deposit.
