I have to admit I was completely puzzled where I read Your review as the information You wrote are not stating your true experience.
Your review is driven by anger for the electricity bill which You stated it was incorrect. Please note that the average consumption, as we display on the house rules, is between 150 and 500 Baht per day; Your bill was less than 500 Baht per day, therefore within the average. You claimed that we read it wrong stating that in Europe is different. It is probably true that in Europe is different, the doesn't mean that we read it wrong. It is the first time we had this kind of complain. Based on Your claim we should have charged You 160 Baht for 3 days stay which is 55 Baht per day. That I'm afraid it is not possible for a 3 bedroom villa with an indoor area of 180 square metres and 6 air-conditioning units.
Regarding the smell coming from the bathroom we immediately rectified the issue and You were satisfied with it. You even rated us 4 out of 5 strs on our check out feedback, that proves that Your review is definitely based on Your unsatisfaction due to the electricity bill.
