You did change you booking requirements several times which we did try accommodate for you. This is not something we would normally allow as some if the requests were made outside of the 30 day grace period.
As we are a small team and do not have a 24 hours reception, we are only able to operate within our office hours.
I would be very grateful if you could please let us know which areas of the apartment were 'unclean', so I can pass this on to the housekeeping team and get the issues resolved immediately.
