We're happy to hear you thought the apartment was amazing and in a convenient area with everything you could ask for. We're also glad you thought the furniture, beds and check-in process were great. However, we're sorry to hear the building's quiet hours weren't the right fit for your group. As you mentioned, the apartment is in a residential building, so we ask our guests to help us abide by the rules of the building out of respect for our neighbors. For that reason, we discussed the building's rules with you before you booked to make sure the policy was clear and double check the apartment was the right fit for your needs. After you told us you understood the rules and agreed to them, we were surprised to receive complaints during the quiet hours. When the building management told us your group was on the roof and in violation of the building's safety code, we felt it was our duty to let you know you were at risk of losing your reservation because we didn't want that to happen to you. Overall, we host our apartment to provide a clean, comfortable place for guests to relax and feel at home when traveling. There's nothing wrong with wanting to have a party, but as you said, our apartment is better suited for those looking to take the party elsewhere.
