Información sobre este anuncio
1 block from the water with a beautiful view of the skyline! Quiet & newly renovated. Very convenient, with a grocery store and some of Williamsburg's hottest restaurants across the street. 7 minute walk to JMZ train; just 1 stop into Manhattan.
There is an actual "living space," uncommon in most 2 bedroom NY apartments. The combination of exposed brick, wooden floors, large windows, high ceilings, new appliances, recent renovations and a modern bathroom is rare as well.

What really makes this apartment unique is that it is in a quiet area but a short walk to quintessential Williamsburg bars, restaurants and shopping areas. It is a family neighborhood, and very safe. It is one blocks from the water and the famous Williamsburg Bridge is almost always in view.
A 7 minute walk to the JMZ subway at Marcy Ave; one stop into Manhattan. L train is a 12 minute walk. Cabs are often a block away on Broadway and Bedford. The "uber" app is great for cabs also.

My sister and I are thrilled to be living in Williamsburg, where we recently moved to from Jersey-- we're brand new to airbnb, and hoping to rent out the apartment we so love!
I work at a social media marketing agency in Soho, and I often travel for several weeks at a time to Europe & Asia-- so I'm excited to share our home with anyone else wanting to experience the awesomeness of living in Brooklyn's most vibrant neighborhood.
