We had a great time, very clean, comfortable beds, great WiFi and good facilities, excellent location, is close to a Spar Newsagent, Off Licence, Take Aways, a Taxi Rank and McDonald's, 20 minute walk from city centre and 30 minute walk to Boucher Playing Fields which is where we attended a concert on our first night. While the host did not meet us at the apartment, he was excellent at communicating with us through the Airbnb messaging service and on the phone and was very friendly. He also didn't mind that we asked if we could check in an hour earlier than the usual check in time. The keys were kept in a safe outside the front door, the safe was easy to use and find. Overall as a group, we highly recommend staying in this apartment and hope to stay there again in the future.

Very clean and modern apartment. There is everything you need for your stay. We appreciated the calm neighborhood, the confortable couch and the clean rooms. The apartment is not directly in the city center but it is close to concert place and stadium. We didn't meet our host but check in and check out was made very easy thanks to a safe key box

The apartment itself is perfect, lovely rooms, very clean and had everything ready that was listed in the description other than the WiFi. However the apartment below was a bit noisy and had been shouting when we were leaving and entering the apartment.

Hi Adam, I am glad to hear that you found the property as advertised. Unfortunately the mains supplied WiFi for the property is not due to go live until 8th August 2017. Though, in line with our advertisement that WiFi is available at the property, we supplied your party with a Pre-Paid mobile WiFi box, pre-loaded with 6GB of data to use on your two night stay. The mobile device was left in the kitchen for your party to use. It is unfortunate to hear your comments about noise coming from neighbours as you only highlighted this to me when I contacted you in relation to the number of noise complaints we received from neighbours in reference to your party, on the first night of your stay, which did go on to after 4am. We have not received any other complaints to date in regards to noisey neighbours and find the development to be quite quiet. Best Wishes KB

A well appointed apartment within 15 mintes walk of the city centre. TV, WiFi and a lovely kitchen with fridge and freezer. Ideal for a family or business traveller. Great local taxi firm (Windsor Cabs), Two Spa stores within 5 minutes walk and a 24/7 MacDonalds. Off License 10 minute walk and 10 minutes from the Lisbon Road with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. A very clean and well managed property. Highly recommended by this guest.
