Located on a quiet dead-end street on a property with six other homes, this home is less than two miles from downtown Moab and about seven miles from Arches National Park, allowing in-town convenience and access to plentiful outdoor activities. It's an ideal home base for those who would rather be out and about than hanging out at home.

Don't let the simple exterior of this rental fool you. Inside, you'll find an understated style with new furnishings: a leather sofa and trendy turquoise chairs in the open living area. Relax here in air-conditioned comfort, while you surf the Internet and find directions to all your must-see activities. Make some popcorn and watch a movie on the large flatscreen cable TV with the Blu-ray player or Netflix streaming.

The kitchen is well-equipped to allow you to make delicious meals everyone will love. You'll find standard black appliances and ample counter space. There's also a shared gas grill outside when you're in the mood for a cookout and a table for four just off the kitchen.

You'll have plenty of sleeping options in this home, as well. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. In the third bedroom is a double-over-double bunk bed - great for kids - and the sofa in the living area coverts to a queen-size bed. And there's a private washer and dryer for your added convenience. Altogether, this three bedroom, two-bath home accommodates up to 10 guests.

Moab and the surrounding area is a prime location for outdoor enthusiasts of all stripes. Do all the mountain biking you like, then return home to the complex and run your ride through the wash station. And if it needs a repair, you can do that at the complex, as well.

Arches National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, and Canyonlands Park are all within reasonable driving distance and offer hikers, bikers, climbers, rafters, and more opportunities to get next to nature in this beautiful red sandstone environment. Head to town and visit museums and galleries, browse unique shops like the Moab Rock Shop and Back to Beyond Books, then treat yourselves to dinner out at one of Moab's many restaurants and bars.

Parking Notes: Parking is located on the left-hand side of the unit. No trailers allowed. Do not park by the wood fence across from the units, this is the road and blocks access to homes.

Trailers are not allowed to be parked on the street or in the driveways at any time except for unit 6 & 7, must be the guest in these units to park there. RVs are not to be used on any property.
