Check-In & Check Out Times
• Check out is 10 a.m.
• Check-in is 4 p.m. and is subject to unit availability.
• Late checkouts and early check ins are subject to a $30.00 an hour fee, unless you get permission from our office.
• Late arrival Check-in (after 5- p.m.) is available with advance notice and MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
Keys
• You will pick up keys at our office, or they will be in a lock box on the unit or a lock box at the office - You may have mailed keys mailed to you, however if this are not operational when you arrive a charge of $40 will be applied to issue new keys; this is because hotel style keys tend to get de-magnetized in the mail. In any event the loss of keys will be billed at $25 per key. All keys not found in the lock box or in the unit will be billed at $25 per key including ski locker ski that are to stay in the unit occupied
Repairs

• In some cases, Vacation Condos/Homes may be listed for sale. In the event you reserve a Condo/Home that has been sold, you will be notified by our office. Guests may be moved to an alternative Condo/Home, and we will in good faith make every effort to relocate guests into similar accommodations, but if the substitute property is more expensive, the guest must pay the difference. If the guest chooses not to pay the difference, all monies will be refunded.

Ari's place was as described in the listing, and the pictures are accurate. The collection of 90's VHS tapes was also a nice, nostalgic touch. The place was well equipped and stocked with everything, as described. Overall, my group and I were happy with our stay, however, we all have a few common complaints that I want to share. This place is not managed by Ari, per se, but by a property management company called RMRM; Rocky Mountain Resort Management. They were our source of frustration. There was confusion over the course of my group's stay because of mixed information given by RMRM. RMRM uses a smartphone app to communicate pertinent information with renters. I downloaded the app about two weeks before our arrival and kept up with all the messages sent. However, the condo and the app were filled with inaccurate information, which created frustration and disappointment for me and my friends. For example, the code to access the hot tub area was posted in the condo, on a post-it note, and also on the app, but they didn't match. The code posted in the condo was what we tried first, but it didn't work, so I tried to call the after-hours number RMRM posted on their app, but after going through the automated menu, I was disconnected three separate times when calling this number. After giving up on that, I finally found the access code in the app, but only after about 45 min of frustration. Then, the water in the hot tubs was cold because, apparently, they had just been drained and refilled, so we couldn't use them. After a long day of skiing, when you're expecting a hot tub, it's a big disappointment to not have it available. On our third night there, the internet went out. I called the customer service number for internet service provided by RMRM, but gave up after being on hold for 15 minutes. That's the last thing I want to do when I'm on vacation. The internet eventually came back on, but only after several hours and again, disappointment and frustration. I also wrote three inquiry emails to RMRM through their app, prior to our arrival and over the course of our stay, and received no response to any of them. I'll say again, my group and I were satisfied, overall, with our stay. This is a nice place. But what I just described above left us disappointed and frustrated at times. When you're paying a certain amount of money, you expect a certain standard of service, and we feel we didn't quite get that.

This guest was incredibly difficult and had a hard time using an APP that thousands praise every year. All the codes for everything were 100% accurate and we confirmed that with the owner and the HOA. The pool was closed one day and they became irate and disrespectful to everyone. The pool had a mechanical issue and was down for one day. Internet goes down and in Summit County it goes down more than in other areas for weather and other reasons. Both of these issues are out of our control! I would recommend not renting to this group as they have zero patients for minor issues, and become angry and disrespectful easily!

The townhome was as expected. The living room / kitchen / deck were on the main level and then 2 bedrooms were on the next. It was a little tough to see the building in the dark - but once we knew where the building was it was no problem. Fireplace is great and the kitchen is stocked well.

This location was extremely nice and accommodating. It was described accurately in the listing by the host and was exactly what we expected. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great area, beatiful condo and a great rate. The kitchen is big spacious and there's everything you might need. The fire place is amazing. The house is way bigger than expected. Couple things I'll reconsider for the next group. I did get an e-mail about checking in with the office , but we were gonna be too late and I called to make sure we can check in 24/7 , and the guy txted me the codes. The codes were wrong, and good luck finding building J at night. You can list "the third building at The Ponds" or put more signs. If there's snow, or it's dark you cannot see the building from the parking. Seriously, it took us 1.5 hours, takes a while to get in touch afterhours, another guy from the ofifice was very friendly, but did not know exactly where it was. We found it, and he even drove over and dropped off the parking pass, very nice. He also gave us the right door code. However, internet didn't work. We had to call in the AM got fixed. The codes for the clubhouse or jacuzzi were old and invalid... We had to get there and knock, by than we had called for problems 3 times. Hold times are a bit long. Whoever was there before us left a bag of trash in the closet. Minor things , other than that it was a great deal and a beautiful house.

Great condo. Good amount of space, clean. Good kitchen, nice fireplace. 2 hot tubs in attached building great for after skiing. There were 4 of us total staying, one couple and two guys and it was perfect. Could have easily fit another person on pull out. There was an awesome collection of classic VHS movies that we got a kick out of too.
