These three bedrooms in our home accommodate 3 to 7 people with a two-bedroom suite with a private bathroom on the second floor, plus a bedroom and private bathroom on the main floor. All three bedrooms have queen beds. A fold-out couch is also available for sleeping if needed.

Enjoy the peacefulness of country living. Relax in the porch swing or hammock. Unwind with a peaceful walk in the woods or a soak in the hot tub.

We offer hot beverages and a self-serve plant-based breakfast bar.

El espacio
Located just one mile from Highway 101, 20 minutes from Port Townsend, 25 minutes from Sequim, 45 minutes from Port Angeles.

Our renovated 1873 farmhouse has wood floors and antiques yet offers modern amenities in a homey environment. It is situated on 64 acres and includes walking areas and forest. Pick blackberries in the late summer. Watch Summer Chum salmon spawning in Salmon Creek in the late summer and early fall. In the winter you can warm yourself by the woodstove.

Like a traditional bed and breakfast, you will stay in our home with us. You will have three private bedrooms and two private bathrooms.

We offer a self-service plant-based breakfast bar with an assortment of packaged granola bars, nuts, instant oatmeal, dry cereal, fresh fruit non-dairy milk and yogurt, and hot drinks. (In order to meet the health department requirements, we cannot serve a homemade breakfast because we have a well.)

We use natural, unscented laundry soap so linens do not have a strong scent.

We are located on 64 acres along the Pacific Northwest Trail (PNT), which starts in Glacier National Park and ends at Cape Alava on the Washington coast. We are conveniently located 1 mile from Highway 101.

Note: most restaurants are 15-20 minutes away.

Servicios y zonas comunes
Inside, we will share the kitchen, refrigerator space, and the living room with you. Outside, you'll be able to use the wrap-around porch, porch swing, hammock (seasonal), hot tub, and walk in the woods.

Otros aspectos destacables
If you would like to use the kitchen to cook, please let me know ahead of time so we can coordinate the use of the space.

We want to maintain a plant-based kitchen. Please do not cook meat, fish, or poultry. If you want to eat prepared foods, such as restaurant leftovers that contain meat, that is okay. We do not want any meat, poultry, or fish cooked in our kitchen or on our grill. It is okay to cook eggs, milk, and cheese.

Check-in time is between 4 and 9 p.m. unless other arrangements are made. If you'd like to arrive later, you may use self-check-in using the keypad.

Quiet Time: Our day begins early, which means we go to bed early. Please do your best to be quiet after 9 p.m. We will do our best to be quiet in the morning so you can sleep in if you want.

Pets: We have a fenced yard area for dogs. An extra $15 per night is charged for pets. This is not included in the reservation and is charged separately.

Please take a moment to review the house rules to make sure we are a good fit for you.

I am a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in plant-based nutrition. I am a foodie that enjoys trying new foods, collecting cookbooks, and developing vegan and gluten-free recipes. I teach monthly hands-on cooking classes on the second and fourth Mondays of the month. Contact me if you'd like more information. Or look online for my name to find my website. My husband, Greg, teaches at Cedarbrook Adventist Christian School, a nearby one-teacher school. We live in the farmhouse that I grew up in. We enjoy country living, antiques, organic gardening, hiking, backpacking, and kayaking. Greg loves rock hounding, flintknapping (making arrowheads.). He plays the guitar, upright string bass, and the bowed psaltery--a Biblical instrument. We are empty-nesters with 2 young adult children. We are down-to-earth people who love to learn and connect with people. We are excited to be able to share our home and our love of nature from our corner of the Pacific Northwest.
