Dear Madam, we are always available to constructive criticism, but not to fanciful and biased things to discredit the reserved reception, first of all it seems correct to point out that our structure is a guest house, that at the time of arrival it is possible to decide if it does not answer to their expectations the refund , it seems unlikely the speech related to bad smells (likely come from outside), since the services are cleaned several times a day( in ur case the bathroom as u prenotate is a share BATHROOM) ,about the bed, it was simply tape because recent maintenance, welding . (But if you tell us about that we would have granted another room), about the coffee machine is only one service, not obligatory to use, in fact it was possible as specified as a gesture of courtesy, use the fridge , the camera that u have announced (as specified) is always in a shared area for security, kitchen reception and the dining table. About the restaurants reported on your review , i think is very offensive about us!Its only a kindness to advise you what restaurant is near at the Penthouse that you can EAT good!but do not force where to go!(you were certainly not obligated), on the arrival time and on the rules (we are not a hotel or similar) everything is specified at the time of booking. We conclude, advising you next time to read the conditions better and to go to other facilities (4-star hotel or 5 star hotel), without offending the reception and hospitality that has been reserved to you, i want to remember that u tell us later about ur arrival time so this is why the host late about 5 or 10 min.( in spite of everything we try to do our best for garanty ur staying pleassant in us!
