Regina Gardens is located in a lovely position just off the main road between Kato Paphos & Coral Bay. The property is situated in a Complex of Apartments, Townhouses and Villas and is suited to families, friends both young and old. The Swimming Pool is beautiful and meticulously kept being checked & cleaned every day, 365 days of the year. Just 100 metres from the property is the King Odysseus 'Cafe' Bar which serves drinks and food at a very reasonable price. Some 400m, is located a 24 hr Kiosk which stocks the all the items needed for a Self Catering stay, although a Lidl Supermarket is located very close by and a short walk from the property. This property is open plan and very comfortable. The Living Space incorporates a Settee/ Sofa Bed that will enable this property to cater for more than 4 persons (although there would be an extra charge to cover the Laundry & additional cleaning). The entertainment includes a FSTV with access to UKTV but will also cater for guests of other nationalities. There is also the facility to watch movies - ideal for the kids! This property includes Wi-Fi which is accessible 24/7. There is no extra charge for this service. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/ Freezer, Kettle and cupboards stocked with plenty of Cutlery, Crockery, Pots & Pans. There is also a Washing Machine and drying facilities for the Laundry. Sheets & Towels are changed weekly without extra charge.
Outside on the Private Patio you will find a full size table with six chairs. This is ideal for relaxing with your glass of wine and for dining 'alfresco' as your mood takes you. There are loungers by the pool for all to use. There is an updated 'Information' Folder to highlight places to go & visit, local amenities and 'recommended' places to eat.

This is an 'open plan' apartment with access to all areas. Owners do have private cupboards for personal property: clothes when on holiday, but otherwise the property is for full use by guests.

Steve & David are your hosts at the property. Always on hand to deal with any situations albeit minor or more serious. Both will try and meet you on arrival and the morning after arrival to deal with any questions or to offer advice.
Will generally drop in during the holiday to ensure that all is well but not intrusive so that guests may relax and enjoy the holiday experience at thier own pace.
Steve & David offer an Emergency Contact over 24 hours which includes access to Doctors, Dentist and the local Hospital if so required. Naturally, it is hoped that this will not be required but available to guests for peace of mind!
Steve & David live on site so only minutes away if required. Always available via text message and on most occasions this enough to deal with enquiries or problems.

This property is administered by Steve & David of Apollo Rentals. To ensure that guests get the best of their Self-Catering holiday experience, the 'lead booker' is requested to complete a general Booking Form so that details are at hand and Steve & David know whom is present in the property - for both Legal & safety purposes.
There is no smoking inside the property but ashtrays are provided on the Patio for use outside. Pets are not to be brought to the property nor are 'feral' cats or other animals encourage to go inside the property.
This is an apartment with in a complex of holiday homes, rental apartments and residential Villas. It is therefore hoped that all guests respect the privacy of others ans not be too rowdy or noisy at the property!
A Security Deposit will be required on ARRIVAL at the property. This maybe paid in UK£ 200.00 Stirling or 250 Euros. This will be retained by the owners and returned on Departure dependent against any damage or losses.

Hi, my name is Steve and with my partner David we have been coming to our 'Place in the Sun' since 2005. We now live in Paphos, with myself having retired from the UK Police in September 2011. We started Apollo Rentals following a number of visits to other countries having sampled poor quality Self-Catering properties. Both David & I wanted to provide good quality, apartments with a service to match. Having purchased our first apartment in Regina Gardens we were overwhelmed by the positive feedback that we received. We now own two apartments and manage a further five together with Townhouses & Villas, all with excellent testimonials from all who have stayed. Hospitality is all about communication and making sure that guests have a great holiday experience. We are both very proud of what we have accomplished and hope to continue for some time to come!
