Welcome to our Kauai vacation rental accommodations at Kilauea near Princeville and Hanalei on Kauai's North Shore. **THIS PROPERTY IS LISTED FOR SALE**

The interior floor plan of Honu Lani was designed to accommodate small gatherings. The large family room is at the center of the house, with the master bedroom on one side with adjoining bath and two bedrooms on the other with a shared bath for a total of three bedrooms and two baths. The large kitchen, dining and living area separates these two wings of the home. The large lanai is accessed by large pocket doors that disappear in the walls and thus open the whole living and dining area to an inside/outside family room.

Beautifully decorated, and well maintained this perfect retreat is surrounded with lush tropical vegetation and greenery! Perched above with breathtaking views of the Ocean and the Mountains. Relax, unwind in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, where you will find all the comforts of home: a fully stocked kitchen, entertainment center, family room, Master bedroom with King Bed, 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds, beach towels. and much more.

Kilauea is conveniently located on the North Shore of Kauai between Kapaa and Hanalei It is minutes away from an abundance of shopping, fine restaurants, and world class golf. Anini Beach is a beautiful, tropical ocean front community that has been home to various celebrity residents. It is known for its long barrier reef and calm water inside the reef.

"Absolutely perfect and just what we were looking for!"

We fell in love with Honu Lani! We had been looking for something closer to the beach but soon realized that this was even better. Quiet, private, and a beautiful home. Loved the layout of the home which was perfect for guests to enjoy their privacy. We lived out on the lanai and, since we had very raint weather, the house was still enjoyable. We loved having fresh fruit every morning from the trees on the property. The views were spectacular! We love the Kilauea area and will return soon! We miss Honu Lani so much. Thank you for this experience!

House Guidelines

1. Please remove your shoes upon entering and make every effort to keep sand and dirt outside. Please use the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of hiking or enjoying the beach.
2. Please notify the property manager immediately of any problems with the house so we may quickly address it.
3. Our home is in a residential area. Please be a thoughtful neighbor and keep noise, music, etc. to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am.
4. Wrap, store or refrigerate all food and drinks to discourage pests.
5. Trash should always be bagged tightly in plastic bags and deposited in the trash cans.
6. Please feel free to do laundry while you are here. Washing towels and linens helps out during your stay.
7. This is a non-smoking home.
8. If your home offers air-conditioning. We kindly ask that your turn off the units when you are not occupying the rooms. Please let your property manager know should any leaks occur from the units.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
Check-out time is 10:00 am , unless a late check out has been prearranged.
Please wash and replace all dishes, cookware, food storage containers, and utensils in their proper place. Lock all doors and replace the key in the lock-box.
A $25 fee is charged for lost key.
Excessive cleaning, trash, sand in homes, and dirty laundry (more than one set of sheets per bed and two towels per person) will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
