The place is great. The location is convenient, as it is about a half hour walk to the beach and to the busier areas of Patong. There is a convenience store really close by. The staff was helpful and they also rent scooters on premises.

Мы бронировали на 3 ночи по цене ~12€ в ночь (хорошая цена, но ничего особенного для патонга, тут много вариантов за эту цену). Заехали поздно ночью и ахнули, комната была сильно отличной от идеала (жаль тут нельзя прикреплять фото) - вздутые стены от влаги, грязные стены, старая…

The place is not very close to Patong heart, but is quiet. The room have balcony that's have view to wall. The room smells of moisture. The bathroom don't have ventilation.

We were a little let down with our stay here. The place itself is ok and located not too far away from the main sights. But the host Vincenzo has made it seem in his description that he lives there and this place is his little passion project. My husband and I chose to stay here…

Whilst the bed for the room was extremely creaky (even with the slightest turn), the room was still clean and decent enough.
