Private and quiet, stunning Mid-Century Alexander home located in the desirable south end of Palm Springs, in the Little Beverly Hills Neighborhood. Surrounded by golf courses and only 2 miles to downtown area, restaurants, shopping, spa, casino & more! (Mesquite Golf & Country Club and Bel Air Greens in walking distance).

Home has just been completely renovated with all new appliances and is meticulously clean. All windows are dual-pane low-e glass to ensure a more comfortable climate experience.

This is a house for grown ups. If you are looking for a house to party in, this is not the right rental for you. I take great care of my home and expect that my guests do likewise.

4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, 1 double) - master bedroom features ensuite bathroom. All mattresses are brand new with luxurious 600 thread count cotton sheets, hypoallergenic pillows & comforters.

2 bathrooms (both with walk-in showers, master with dual sinks).

Central air & heat. Alternatively, energy-efficient swamp cooler for monthly rentals in main living space.

50" LED Sony TV with Sony PS3 Blu-ray/DVD player and Xbox player with 3 controllers & 20 games!

• Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed prior to occupancy.

RATES:
• All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% - TOT Permit #6097. This tax is NOT included in the nightly rate.
• Rates are higher for holidays, special events and during high season.
• Weekly rates do not apply during Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year.
• 3 night minimum stay for all special events & holidays.
• July 4th: 4 night minimum @ $525 per night.
• Thanksgiving: 4 night minimum @ $525 per night.
• Coachella: 4 night minimum @ $975 per night.
• SUMMER (June 1-Sept 30) $390/night (2 night min)..$2,400/week...$6,000/month
• WINTER (Oct 1-May 31) $405/night (2 night min)...$2,500/week...$6,500/month
• Optional pool heating available at $50 per day (2 day minimum).

Home is the former residence of pioneering female film producer, Harriet Parsons, daughter of the Hollywood columnist Louella Parsons. Among her more notable films were ''I Remember Mama'' (1948); ''Enchanted Cottage'' (1945); ''Clash By Night'' (1952); ''Never A Dull Moment (1952), and ''Susan Slept Here'' (1954). Before becoming a movie producer, Miss Parsons was a screen and magazine writer. She had her own radio program, ''Hollywood Highlights,'' in 1938.

• There are no refunds once rental period has commenced.

RULES:
In order to preserve my home and keep it in great shape for my guests, the following rules are strictly enforced:

• This is a non-smoking home. If it is found that you (or your guests) have smoked inside the house, your security deposit will automatically be forfeited.
• Please do not sit on ANY indoor furniture in wet swim suits.
• Please hang all wet pool towels on the hooks provided outside.
• No pets allowed.
• Maximum Occupancy is 8 people.
• Signed Rental Agreement required at time of booking.
• Children should be of "swimming-age," as the pool is not fenced.
• This is a quiet, residential area, so no loud parties please.
