The entrance of the apartment leads into a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, which expands into a comfortable, light and airy dining / living room. Sliding doors behind the living area lead out onto a covered terrace perfect for enjoying early morning breakfast.

From the living room leads to the 2nd bedroom offering walk-in storage area, containing a large wardrobe, working table and space for a washing machine. A joining the bedroom is a bathroom with rain shower which also leads back into the main living area.

An open designed stair case leads upstairs to the master suite overlooking the living area and offering an expansive view across Kamala. The bedroom contains an en-suite bathroom with separate shower room and walk through wardrobe with working table.

1. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner.

2. The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners.

3. There shall be no smoking inside the property.

4. Utilities (Electric, Water) are to be paid for by the Tenant.

6. The Tenant acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, gyms, pools, saunas, balconies, lifts, stairs, and a like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk.The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Manager / Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenant acknowledges that the Property Owner insurances does not cover personal property damage caused by fire, theft, rain, war, acts of God, acts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall Owner be held liable for such losses. The Tenant is hereby advised to obtain his own insurance policy to cover any personal losses.

7. If a problem occurs relating to the rental property during occupancy every effort will be made to rectify any problem in a timely manner. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for malfunction of air conditioners, TV's, appliances, pool or any other malfunction. Repairs will be made as soon as possible after notification.

8. There shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to weather conditions, work and family emergencies or other commitments.

Place is very clean, spacious and good for friends living together. Pool and sauna is a plus. Only difficulty was location was a little unknown to search for food delivery men. Distance is not much for visiting attraction points such as Patong Beach is only 15 mins away, across the hill. Another plus is ,there's a 24 hr supermarket right under the apartment. Overall, was comparatively a very nice and peaceful place to live, felt like home.

This place is the perfect place for a vacation. Extremely clean and has everything you need. The beach is 10 minutes away and it's a relatively cheap area. Highly recommend this place.

Had an AMAZING 5 days in Phuket . This apartment was all we expected and more , Spacious ,bright ( it has 2 walls that are floor to ceiling windows . It was lovely and clean and has a well stocked kitchen with hob,(I think there was an oven but didnt use it or even look for one ) microwave, large fridge , plenty of glasses, cups ,pots etc Situated a short walk from the beach , some shops and restaurants and a large 24 hour supermarket is 5 mins walk away . The area I would say is fairly quiet but we used Grab cars ( like Uber) to get around , which was quick, convienient and fairly cheap . Phuket old town and its markets are well worth visiting .... Bartering is fun and well worth while to grab some bargins . Patong beach is lovely ( tip... put a rush mat under your towel if sitting under any of the trees , I've spend 2 days picking tiny sticky pine type needles off the back of my beach towel since leaving ) and Bangla Rd comes alive at night . With many sights to see !! The sunsets are beautiful . The food is amazing and very cheap if you go just off the main beach front road and up the side ones . I will definitely visit Thailand again and for longer next time .

Rent a car and stay, if not its taxi-cosly. Two nearby supermarket is totally useful for daily shoppinh.

Hi Cyrus, we are happy you enjoyed your stay. Yes taxis can be expensive to get around the island as in most countries. If staying more than 1 week we would certainly recommend hiring a car or moped which is a great way to explore the island and the property has on-site parking making it very convenient.

The place was really nice. It was a bit challenging to navigate our way through the buildings but it was in a nice spot in Kamala.

房间是很大适合家庭入住,风景还行,不得不说位置很不满意,去趟芭东夜市很不方便,公寓附近也没有什么好的美食,房东回复信息比较慢。还有这个公寓的水电需要自己出的,第一次听说,其他还好。

zeer ruime en modern ingerichte appartement. conformtabele bedden. Goede douche. voor stroom en water betaalde we ongeveer 30 euro voor 5 dagen. We deden de airco alleeen 's avonds en 's nachts.
