Each one of our 10 bedrooms is self locking and has a private full bathroom. Two dining areas with seating for up to 22 can also double as excellent meeting areas. Guest laundry facilities are also available.

In case you have any questions, you will have the caretakers phone number to answer any questions that you might have about the home or Whistler in general. Our caretaker will also give you a tour of the house upon your arrival.

Please note that the $1300 per night rate is our base year round rate. During winter weekends (Fridays and Saturdays from December through the third weekend in April) our rate is $1900 per night - this is also the rate during the two week Christmas/New Years time period. Our rates are subject to a 5% tax. The only other cost is $299.25 cleaning fee (includes tax and is a one time charge with each booking). All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.

It is not possible to accurately reflect some of our conditions on Air B&B... so here are a few details:
Weeknight (Sunday to Thursday) minimum stay requirement is 2 days. If your stay includes a weekend, the minimum stay requirement is 3 days (some exceptions may arise due to shortened availability periods (example only one weekend night available with nights around it already booked). Also during October and early May, 2 night stays may be accepted. If more than 6 months in advance, a 10% deposit will secure your dates (with 15% more due 6 months prior to arrival). If over 2 months and less than 6 months, a 25% deposit is required. In both the above cases final payment and cleaning fee is due 2 months prior to arrival. If less than 2 months prior to arrival, full payment and cleaning fee are due upon booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY – all booking deposits and final payments are under all circumstances non-refundable.

The tenant agrees not to assign or sublet the premises. Renter must be a minimum age of 25 years. 6.) Off hours (between 10 pm and 7 am) hot tub usage will be subject to a fine.
No pets allowed – if not adhered to, tenant will be subject to a $1000.00 fine and eviction without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside Lorimer Ridge Lodge – if not adhered to, tenant will be subject to a $1000.00 fine and eviction without refund. Gentlemen’s stags and graduation related events are not permitted – subject to immediate eviction without refund and an additional $1000.00 fee will be levied. The owner may claim the amount necessary to replace any damage caused by the tenant (whether or not misconduct is involved). Noise emitting from the lodge is to be kept to a minimum at all times If the owner or caretaker receives a noise complaint from either the local authorities or the neighbours, regarding the tenant(s) conduct and/or tenant’s acquaintances conduct a $1000.00 fine shall be imposed by the owner. If the police visit Lorimer Ridge Lodge to deal with the above, the owner shall impose a $1000.00 fine. Please respect our neighbours, most of them are fulltime residents. Please note that the above fines are separate of any fines imposed by the police or resort municipality of Whistler, for which the tenant is also liable. The owner is not responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring on or off the property during or around the time of the tenants stay. The owner is not responsible for lost or stolen items belonging to the tenant. Items left behind, if located can be returned for a charge of $50 + tax (includes shipping N.America). Environmental based policy: Please place garbage and recycling in their appropriate container. The fines incurred as a result of the tenant(s) conduct or the tenant’s acquaintances during their stay will be paid in full by the tenant(s). The owner is not responsible for any bylaw infractions caused by the tenant(s).

I am a hard working detail oriented person who hates to leave anything partially complete. I have a marketing and customer service background which has lent itself very nicely to the vacation home rental business. I am available most of the time via cell phone or always via e-mail.
