Enjoy the unique renovated spaces at the historic Habersham Mills. Located in the original barber shop, a team of architects have worked to restore this structure. Next to the Soque River shoals, only 70 mins from Atlanta and Athens.
This space is where the old mill workers used to shower and get haircuts. You wouldn't be able to tell by walking into it today. The floor to ceiling rough-cut pine gives off the most amazing scent. It is a very private and cozy unit.

Cori: I am an artist originally from Atlanta and have been helping with the mill since 2013. I have a BFA in sculpture from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I love exploring new cities, and being outdoors, and looking at all of the objects.
I am currently living in London pursuing my MA. Melissa will therefore be the main contact point for hosting.
Melissa: My family and I have lived in Habersham County for the past eleven years, beginning with a year in a rented house adjacent to the Habersham Mills property. I was delighted when I learned of all that the current mill owners are doing to preserve this historic mill while making these wonderful rooms available for rent. I'm excited to be one of the hosts here and will be happy to share with guests what I know about the mill property as well as the local area.
