So... were to start?
People like you make us want to stop airbnb.
We've sent you 2 messages telling you we were going to be away during your stay and giving you our friend's phone number (June 20th with airbnb messages then August 10th directly through your personal email address). We told you to contact her if you needed anything. We told you she was in charge of the apartment.
You should have read your messages.
Not only that, we also printed a house guide just for you, with her info as well + told you we were away (AGAIN). So it sucks that you were "surprised" we were.
Also, you did not send us any text message during your check in, this is no true. The only time you sent us a text was on August 22nd to complain about the number of towels.
It sucks that you never said ANYTHING before and then you're trashing us with your comment.
We're not a hotel, this is aibnb. Yes we live in the apartment, there's our stuff. That's what airbnb is supposed to be to start with. If you don't want to stay at people's place, don't book airbnb.
You guys were 3 and yet you complain about the fact that they were "only 4 towels". Seriously ? Again, if you're expecting room service, next time book a hotel.
We always try to be as welcoming and friendly as possible but this is just too much.
We did our best so you guys could check in whenever you wanted and leave whenever you wanted, we did our best so the apartment would be as welcoming as possible. Laura and her group (see other comment) stayed the week just before you, they clearly did not have the same experience : thanks god some people have some respect.
