When you booked, we sent you detailed instruction for address and self check in information, and in the house manual that Airbnb sent to you have detailed address, transportation instruction. You most likely did not read all of them. We never had complain about to find our house since it is very easy and small nice street with house number clearly label in the front of house--most likely is your networking or GPS problem since you came from the other country. We never listed that we would be there to personal to meet you--we try to keep our price affordable. Boston is expensive city in the world. Our whole house is clean and new renovated. We suggested guest to keep clean in the shared area, but not every guests follow it, but most time our guests are great. Remember, we did not charge clean fees for you. We have another new renovated and clean bathroom too in the house and gave all guests suggestion to use the other one if needed. Our kitchen is clean and new renovated and nice with granite counter top, new cabinets, new dish washer and new ventilation fan. We have new bed, bedding linens, new fan, new a/c, new desk and new chair in the room. You should contact us if you need something. We have 6 rooms in the house and there all fully booked on the days that you were there, no any complains, and all other guests are extremely happy and appreciated our clean and nice house with both new fan and a/c and all other new staff in this rare find Victoria house with stain glasses and wood works. Our location is near Logan airport and Boston-- extremely easy to public transportation and highways. Me and our co- host always quickly reply to our guests by message or phone, may be your phone is no set up to call USA or network in USA not working. thanks anyway.
