Thank you for the feedback about the communication, my team and I do our best to ensure all enquires are answered promptly to help as much as possible! I can assure you, it was not cheaply renovated and we have decorated it neutrally to create a bright and relaxing environment to come back to after a day exploring London. I do apologise that the stove did not work during your stay. Myself and my support team did try to help you with this and we provided some suggestions to resolve the problem - however you said you were okay. In regards to the air-conditioning, it is not listed as an amenity on my listing so you would have been aware of this when you made the reservation. However, if you had enquired, we may have been able to provide you with fans or reimbursed you the cost of any fans you bought during your stay as I would not have wanted you to be uncomfortable in my home. West Brompton Station is a nice 10-15 minute walk, and Fulham Broadway is a 10 minute walk or 6 minutes on the bus, but sometimes it is nice to take in the sites when you walk.
