Unfortunately, you were the first person who rented it, hence the are no reviews yet as you said. So I didn't know that the capacity of the electrics required a bit more higher potency so you can use all the lights, the aircon, oven and stove. Sorry about this, but as I said, I didn't know and the owner has been informed.
Regarding the ants, the apartment was given to you clean and ants were never there, but I went the same day to bring you a spray to solve the problem. You never said anything after. Things like this may happen anywhere. Could be a problem in the area as ants come from outside. Definitely not from the apartment.
The boiler was not working because it was unplugged. When you called, I was there in less than 30 minutes (during non working hours, with my family)
The keys I gave, were all working. I gave them a second set of keys thinking the first might have some missing keys, only to find out that there were all okay.
Regarding the kitchen utensils, I'm sorry if they were not enough, but you could have told me and I would make a way to provide them for you.
We try to do our best for our guests, but you must inform me during your stay, not tell us everything is ok and give us this type of review.
All these problems have been SOLVED.
