I'm really sorry that you didn't had the best experience possible in the apartment because that's my goal: to provide the best experience available.
In fact there was a persistent smell caused mainly by two wooden baskets, one on each bathroom, that were very wet and started releasing a strange smell. As soon as i realised what was causing this inconvenient situation, they were removed. That's not an issue anymore.
Thank you Jan and friends for being so understanding. I hope you can come back to Porto again and stay in Casa do Bonas, so i can provide you with the best experience ever!
