Very nice, clean room with its own bathroom. Walls are a bit thin but thats our only complaint. Otherwise a nice stay - decently located.

So bad it shakes your confidence in airbnb Perhaps you start with host not responding till the morning of your arrival and only then after airbnb calls him. Or that it is a 10 minute walk with luggage from the bar where you have to pick up your key ( no public transportation fro…

Respuesta de Robert & Anna:
First of all, one more time please take our apologies for trouble with reaching us on Sunday. As I already explained to you, we were camping on countryside in UK and and over entire stay we had problems with use of AirBnB application. However the regular phone service and less demanding application like Whatsup were working quite good. I was in contact with guest staying in our place all the time. For some reason only AirBnB application was making problems. What was unpleasantness surprise. After reading your review we have to admit that we never expected to receive so dishonest and full of lies or half truths review ever. The only truth there is that we didn't replay immediately on your message and the reason for that is that we simply didn't know about your message. As to attempt to contacting us. AirBnB provides access to phone number which is often use by guests in case they can't contact host by application. When we are traveling I am often using this way to contact my hosts. Unfortunately, you didn't try this form of contact with us!!! It's very strange like for someone that experience like you. As to us contact with you. It is not true as you said that 'host contacted you at the morning of your arrival'. After AirBnB called us we knew that one of our future guest is trying to contact and we made attempts to find out which guest is it so we could at lest make a call. However, due to issues with internet we weren't able to do it in UK but we did contact you right after landing in Dublin Airport very same evening - it was around 10 pm . One of the first thing we did was advising you not to use Airlink 747 but Dublin Bus 41 or 16, or Air-couch because more conformable way of reach destination stop. O'Connell Street is next to pick up point of key - approx 1 min walk from the bus stop. It is well described on our profile and we expect our guests will read. As to check in, most of our guests are using self check in guide. It is a new option in the app we ask our guest to us every time. It is very precise, have many detailed pictures and many guest are happy of it use. You decided to ignore our advise and this is why you had to walk twice. As to house rules, this is our home and every friendly person with good will is welcome and can feel safe. This is not a hotel or hotel!!! And we will never install nobs or lock doors an any doors. We trust our guests. Access to different parts of the apartment or lack of nob or key to lock the room is well described on our profile as well. As to your cheese, we are very sorry. If you would ask us to store it we would gladly do it as we did it in the past for many of our guests before you and we will for many guest in the future if they will ask us. You had access to all information about our listing but you decided to ignore it!! You forgot to mention the reason you were trying to contact us. That we agreed to keep your luggage for free for 3 days during your visit in Belfast and that you are welcome to book another two days if the room will be still available. Finally it didn't happened because the room was already booked!! As to the story about the Garda advice, It is very foolish to walk around and wave your phone at night in the city you don't know and it doesn't matter where you are. Another strange behavior like for experience traveler. As you said it was 2 streets away from the apartment block but not on our street. Dublin it is a big city but quite safe for tourists and the worst this what can happen to someone acting like you is a lost of the phone. To make this happen you have to try as you did. We are offering on our listing a room with en suit bathroom in modern and well secure apartment block and we can't take responsibility for everything what happening in city. As far we know, nothing wrong happen to you during your stay. For a future we recommend you to read and follow instructions from hosts and if you don't like AirBnB idea, use hotels or hostels All the best!

A great room, very clean and bright, with everything you need. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, something like 10 minutes walk from the real city centre. Robert is a wonderful host, always kind and nice and even funny!:) I recommend it a lot.A

Good place and quiet area, more a business quarter. Room was ok, clean, however did experience noise at night and early morning (walks, shower, doors, ...). have not slept so well during my stay... anyway good spot for a night in Dublin.
