This little cabin has 360 degree views of the Platte River Valley, a screened front porch, a deck, and a sun room in the back. You can walk (or bike) out the door and into Pike National Forest or the famous Buffalo Creek mountain biking trails!
Also, it has a well provisioned kitchen. This is definitely a cook's cabin. I have everything you could want as far as kitchen equipment. Or, if you rather, you can hire my brother and me as your personal chefs!
This is a cabin that was built around the turn of the century. It's had many upgrades over the years. All the internal walls are exposed stud, and it has a wood burning stove as well as under floor central heat. The exterior walls and ceiling are insulated, so it stays warm in the winter. Please note that the "second bedroom" is also a kitchen annex with a loft bed in it.
Servicios y zonas comunes
You will have access to the entire property, including the deck, yard, and outhouse (it's a 2-seater!)
Atención a los huéspedes
I'll be available by phone or email for your entire stay. I can hang out with you if you want, and as mentioned above, I'm a really good cook, if you'd like me to cook something up for you, let's talk ahead of time.
I'm a teacher. I teach high school math and science, and I use my vacation time to travel or work on my house.
I have a little cabin in Buffalo Creek, Colorado which is about an hour away from Denver up in the mountains.
I love to cook, and I'm a really good cook :-) My favorite things to cook are dishes I've never made before. I'm always looking to expand my repertoire in the kitchen. I'm on a constant journey to become more DIY.
I make my own soap, lotion, beer, bacon, prosciutto, cheese, pickles, bread... you get the picture.
One thing I'm not a huge fan of is media, social or otherwise. So please forgive me for not having a account. It is therefore unlikely that I've heard about the latest tv show or band, but I'd love to hear about them from you. In person. ;-)
