The rental rate is clearly shown in the rental rates table stated in the listing , shown to you BEFORE you paid, but you chose not to read the description in the listing , but the fact that you went ahead to make payment , is proof already that you are agreeable with the total cost , before you agreed to stay here. If the pricing is not right for you , then why did you go ahead to make payment for the stay ....??????????? If the pricing is not right for you, as you falsely claim, then you could have walked away, but yet, you knew the total price and yet went ahead to make payment . Its not right to go ahead to make payment, then come to stay , and after the stay, complain that you paid more than what you wanted to pay, even though you knew the total price BEFORE you paid . This below is the rental rates table clearly shown in the listing to you, BEFORE you made the payment . Notice that rent per day rises with shorter stay, so you can't complain that you are not given the lowest rent per day rate , for guests staying for 30 days stay or longer, because your stay is much shorter than 30 days , so why should you be given the lowest rent per day rate reserved for long stay guests, when you are in fact a short stay guest....???? The rental rate for shorter stay is higher as clearly shown in the listing description. The shorter the stay, the higher the rent per day rate as clearly stated in the listing . If you don't agree with this pricing policy , then why did you pay for the stay and complain later after the stay.....??? What you want is for me to give you the lowest lowest rent per day rate , reserved for guests staying 30 days stay or longer when you are in fact , not actually staying 30 days , but staying much much much shorter. Price discussion should be done BEFORE confirmation of stay, and not AFTER THE STAY is already over . This below was clearly shown to you BEFORE you made your booking: FREE ELECTRICITY UP TO 17 KWH PER DAY FREE WATER FREE INTERNET FREE CABLE TV FREE ESTATE MANAGEMENT FEES BUT IN THE RARE CASE OF EXCESS ELECTRICITY USAGE,THEN ELETRICITY RATE IS 12 PESOS PER KWH THAT GOES OVER THE LIMIT. If airbnb says security deposit is to be refunded some time after check out date by airbnb, I can't simply change the airbnb rule and refund you the security deposit at moment of check out , simply because the security deposit is 100% held by airbnb and none of it is held by me or the apartment owner . You can't blame me for your misplacing your own own items, and its possible even that you left your camera charger and battery somewhere else, and despite the fact that i do not know if really your items are left behind in the apartment, i still use my own money to pay my staff to take time off from their other work with resulting income loss for them , and I pay them transport cost , and for their time , and to take time to go and search for your items , and yet i still get blamed for your items that you lost somewhere, but which nobody really knows where you lost them . Its ok if you do not want to thank me and my staff to spend our precious time after your stay is over , to go and search for your things for you, but You can't misplace your items and then start wrongly blaming us for not looking for your items after the stay is over , when the fact is, i did ask my staff to quickly go and look for your items . In the meantime, I will still ask my staff to continue searching for your items which you claimed you left behind, and will inform you immediately by email, once they can manage to find your items that you claim that you leave behind . In case if you did not leave your items inside the apartment, but left them somewhere else, even if my staff search forever, they will still not be able to find those items you said you left behind, if in fact they are not there .
