Luxury accommodation with large garden space, parking & access to tennis courts. Direct transport links (train/bus) to Glasgow's city centre, West End and the SECC Hydro are 3 min walk. A perfect location for direct access to National Parks, Loch Lomond and beyond. Families, touring and professionals groups will enjoy the high degree of privacy and flexibility this villa offers. Please note this is not suitable for parties/events as this is a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Enjoy the winter or summer festivities as Glasgow is a fantastic destination for shopping, theatre, cinemas, carnival, dining, Glasgow Comedy festival, Edinburgh Festival (50 mins), galleries, museums and much much more.
The property is just finishing a refurb with 2 extra bathrooms.
This will be a fabulous property to stay for large families, a perfect balance of peace and quiet and easy access to Glasgow city centre, Loch Lomond and West Central Scotland.

Massive driveway for up to 6 cars and camper-vans.
Secure storage for bicycles. The guests will also have access to organic herb garden for picking and cooking (subject to availability & seasons, please notify host if interested). On request, guest can also secure access to the tennis courts and tennis rackets can be provided. Separate area on property grounds used by the host and not accessible to guests.

Otros aspectos destacables
The owner has a separate building at the side of the villa which is not accessible to guests. This is the brown wooden cabin that can be seen on the photographs.

If we suspect you are hosting a party or event, we retain the right to cancel your booking or ask you to leave the property if you have already arrived.

We reserve the right to have access to the property for essential work. We will of course provide reasonable notice wherever possible. We may also require access to inspect the property if required.

Bookings are subject to all local and national covid-19 guidelines set out by the Scottish government, please ensure you are able to comply to these guidelines when booking. Failure to comply to the guidelines or if government restrictions change may mean that your booking cannot go ahead.
