This listing is for the entire first floor of my home and includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, a dining room, new laundry appliances, and a patio with a gas bbq and a waterfall.

Two of the three bedrooms have queen sized beds, whereas the third bedroom offers double use as an office. The office couch converts into a full sized bed if needed (bedding available). One of the bedrooms has an air conditioning unit in it, but this unit is portable and may be moved to any other room.

The office has a USB scanner and a printer available for your use.

Six people could easily sleep in this unit; two in each bedroom, one on the office / bedroom couch that converts into a bed and one on the living room couch. With a single bathroom this might lead to lines to use the shower, however.

This listing is in a unique location; near University of Washington, downtown, and the 520 freeway. It is also a one block walk from two bus lines, a three block walk from a coffee shop (Fuel), a small local grocery store (Cone & Steiner) and three restaurants; Monsoon, Kingfish Cafe and Tallulah's. Eight blocks away you'll find the 15th Avenue commercial zone has many different shops, two large grocery stores and a variety of bars and restaurants.

On street parking is plentiful and easy with the caveat that once in a while the nearby school has an event and parking is a little more difficult; causing one to park about a block away from the front door. This happens about once every two months for a single evening.

The entrance to the listing is via double doors at the front of the house. These doors are next to the single door entrance that I use to enter my portion of the house; the top floor.

This listing is for rental of a single floor of a house with three floors. The basement floor has tenants occupying it and they enter the side of the house, where they enter via the backyard. The top floor is my residence and I enter through the single door at the front of the house. I will be present during your stay at this house, but I will do as much as possible to make my presence unobtrusive.
