This is a 1910 home with hardwood floors throughout. Your room is a corner room on the second floor with a queen size bed, sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. Bedroom windows face south and west. Window air conditioner available. In season, the west window overlooks a small garden of vegetables and flowers. We have lots of milkweed growing which attracts the monarch butterflies. Tomatoes, peppers, basil and medicinal herbs as well.

Access to the house includes shared living room, dining room and bathroom. The guests share a bathroom (shower/tub) with owner. There is also a half bath on the main floor.
Street parking is available free for three nights (registration done online upon arrival).
We have a second bedroom available (room for 3): 'UWM East Side Festivals Downtown 2'. which is listed separately on Airbnb. Inquire about the second room if you have a larger group. We never book the 2 rooms at the same time unless it is for one group that needs 2 rooms.
