You are literally seconds away from the sand, pedestrian/bike routes and the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk & Santa Monica Pier.

Located steps to great restaurants and shops that are along the beach (Ocean Front), Main Street and Abbot Kinney Blvd. This property is also very close to the border of Santa Monica so strolling to Main Street and all the attractions in Santa Monica is also within walking distance.

Walk or bike to everything! And an easy drive to all Southern California destinations.

The apartment has a brand new modern kitchen with high end appliances, caesarstone counters, polished wood floors throughout and new tiled bathroom. There is a small balcony providing a lush ocean breeze and beautiful setting at the breakfast nook.

In the home there is a queen bed, a twin rollaway bed and two comfortable chairs in the living room in full view of the large flat screen 46″ LG LCD TV with cable, DSL, unlimited local calling in the US, quality linens and towels.

There is private parking for 1 car.

Venice Boardwalk: It’s really more of a sidewalk than a “board” walk, but a walk down it is the best way to explore the waterfront scene. You’ll pass street performers, skaters, artists, gawkers and vendors selling all kinds of items from incense to sarongs.

Muscle Beach: This is the place where Arnold Schwarzenegger and hosts of other body-builders have “bulked up” in the outdoor weight room. If you’d like to have your day in the sun, you can buy a day pass at the office.

Venice Canals: A few blocks remain out of some 16 miles of manmade waterways that once graced Venice-of-America, founded in 1905 by local developer Abbot Kinney. You can walk along them in the area bordered by Washington, South Venice Blvd., Pacific Ave. and Ocean Ave.

Venice Beach Graffiti Walls: The graffiti artists who gain permits to paint here exhibit a high quality of artistic flair. They’re busy at work on selected weekends.

Abbot Kinney Blvd: The travel writing press has been touting Abbot Kinney as the newest hip spot for years, but it’s just now starting to live up to the hype. It’s a few blocks away from the waterfront, but worth a stop for nicer restaurants than you’ll find at the beach and for a browse in some of the funky boutique shops selling clothing, home decor items and other fun stuff.

Main Street Santa Monica: Just 1 block north and 2 blocks east is Main Street Santa Monica. Stroll northbound to enjoy a number of boutique shops, high-end restaurants and a myriad of eclectic fare and famous surf shops.

On site laundry with washer and dryer. There is NO daily towel service or linen change. If you would like extra cleaning it can be arranged for an extra fee.

I am just a few minutes away if you need anything! Typically we just let our guests check in and check out on their own using the secure front keyboxes, but I am at the building often and always look forward to meeting everyone! I am available 24/7 via text and ph.

There is a bike rental shop right in front of the property on the boardwalk, and a number of Los Angeles, Santa Monica and Culver City buses to take you all over Los Angeles.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN A UNIT OR BUILDING! Smokers must go outside 25 ft from building.

This is a no party house. Parties, loud get-togethers, or gatherings are not allowed because of neighbor issues, and possible damage to property. If a party, loud gathering, or loud disturbance does occur, or if neighbors or other tenants call for a loud disturbance, you will forfeit your security deposit and will be evicted immediately.
During your stay we ask that you leave the house tidy and in good order.
Garbage is picked up Tuesday mornings, so please deposit trash into the proper cans at rear of property.

There is NO daily towel service. Tenants must provide their own bathing soaps/cleaning supplies/paper products. The units at times do have some supplies, but owners don't guarantee stock.
Upon check out, make sure the kitchen is clean, strip all beds and leave bedding on top of the beds. Please leave towels on bathroom floor. Also, please put your keys back into the lock box.

Security deposit: Resident shall secure a security deposit as designated. Owner may claim (withhold) from the security deposit only such amounts as are reasonably necessary to remedy resident (guests and/or invitee) defaults as follows: The property must be returned in same condition as when originally rented. All articles and personal property have been inventoried before and after each tenancy. Any missing or damaged items will be the responsibility of the tenant. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit OR PATIO, and therefore a $500 cleaning fee will be deducted if tenant does smoke in unit. Any missing keys will be charged to the resident at $150 to have all locks changed, this is for the security of the property and future guests. Deposits will be refunded the day after departure after cleaning and inspections by mail, or may be picked up at our business office.
Prohibited uses: Notwithstanding the forgoing, Tenants shall not use rented premises for the purpose of storing, manufacturing or the selling any explosives, flammables, drugs or other inherently dangerous substances or illegal activities. Violation of this police will result in immediate eviction and loss of all fees paid including deposit.
Pets: Except as medically necessary for resident assistance, no bird or animal shall be kept or allowed in or about said premises without owner's written permission and additional $1000 security deposit and a pet surcharge of $300 per week. You will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit your security deposit, and additional $1000 fee if an animal is on the property without permission of owner. Certification of animal being designated as an official service animal and medical condition of tenant necessitating such animal must be provided prior to approval of animal.
Parking: 1 parking space is provided. Please respect other tenants parking spaces at all times. If tenants park in unassigned spaces there is a $50 charge.
