El amplio apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila del centro de la ciudad Turgutreis y tiene un salón con cocina americana dos dormitorios y un cuarto de baño, televisión vía satélite, TV LCD. Los apartamentos están amueblados con un alto nivel. 2 dormitorios capacidad de 4 dormitorios, principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas individuales (se pueden combinar en una cama doble). Desde el apartamento bien amueblado y terraza techada tiene vistas a la montaña a los jardines del mandarín y atrae el sol de media mañana a la salida del sol. Está a sólo 15 minutos a pie de centro de la ciudad de Turgutreis. Hay una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas de artesanía en torno a este precioso puerto. En el lado izquierdo del puerto, en el extremo hacia la playa, se puede vadear a través del mar (hay un paso elevado, por lo que el agua sólo debe llegar a las rodillas). Este Apartmernt está muy bien situado, a sólo 3 minutos a pie de la playa, todo sobre una superficie plana, sin colinas que subir. El hecho de que la zona que rodea es a nivel del suelo, significa que no hay necesidad de alquilar un coche. Esto ahorra costes y benfits el medio ambiente! Esto es muy raro en Bodrum y el área. Los alquileres de vacaciones son en la mayoría de ubicación en la ladera de la montaña. Por favor, tenga en cuenta: Para ir de compras, cada rebanada de pan, los huevos, el periódico o ir en el pub que se necesita un coche! You are taking your well-deserved holiday in our private holiday homes at Villa Mandalina in Turgutreis. We have taken great trouble with the interior and hope that you will spend a lovely holiday here. We would like to familiarize you with the important information so that your stay may be as comfortable as possible. Should you miss anything amongst the furnishings, just let us know. Everything that you find in your holiday home or balcony may and should be used by you. Please be careful with furniture and inventory. The tenant should treat the rented object with care and see to it that the other occupants maintain the house rules
Number of Persons in the Property
The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed than booked. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.
Should there be any cause for complaint during the occupation of the property, it must be notified promptly to the owner and in the case of a serious problem confirmed in writing.
Care of the Property
The Client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.
Guests must accept responsibility for the safety of their children.
Any lost keys will be charged at € 50 per set.
Nobody intentionally damages things; it can however happen that something gets broken. We would be happy if you could tell us if something gets damaged and we do not have to find out with the last inspection. The tenant and their occupants are liable for any damages caused to the inventory, of the apartment. Any damages must be reported immediately to the proprietor and are generally covered by the private liability insurance.
Our guests should take great care with the keys. The keys to your apartment also open the front door. Please keep your keys with you at all times. The lodger must cover the costs for replacing lost keys, the compensation for lost keys is 100, - Euro.
Day of departure:
The apartments must be left by 11:00 clock at the latest on your departure day, so that they can be cleaned and prepared for our other guests. Staying in the apartments after 11:00 clock will result in you paying for an additional day. You are obliged to leave the rented accommodation in the same condition you found it: clean and undamaged.
There is silence from midnight to 7:00 clock. It is prohibited in this time to be noisy or disturb other guests in the building.
The rubbish is separated in our holiday homes. There are appropriate rubbish bins in every holiday home. We will explain when you check in, were to put your rubbish. We ask you to carry your rubbish out daily during the summer time. Please help here, thank you very much!
Please note that only clean and dry dishes are placed in the cupboards, the same applies to cutlery, pots and pans that you have used. The guests are obliged to respect the apartment furnishings and keep them in a good condition. Please be especially careful with the electrical appliances and make sure that the water taps are turned off. When you leave the apartment, please leave the bathroom door open and close all windows and doors.
Please do not put hygiene products or food remainders in the toilet. It is not permitted to wash clothes in the bathtub. Please leave the bathroom door open during the day.
Smoking is forbidden in all our holiday apartments. The tenants must cover the costs for damages such as burn marks and holes in or on the furniture, floor, linen, tablecloths, facade etc. Therefore, smoking is only allowed in the outside areas such as on the balconies or terraces. Ashtrays are available there!
Should the tenants offend against the house rules, more than once, the proprietor can terminate the contract. The guests must vacate the apartment immediately. There is no claim for reimbursement of the rent money. In the case of termination of the contract on the part of the proprietor, due to injury of the house rules, the full amount is billed for the reserved housing. No consideration is taken for the length of stay!

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your accommodation please notify the owner as soon as possible in the first instance. If you do not give us the opportunity to resolve a problem during your stay, this may affect the final outcome of any complaint received. We aim to deliver the best possible customer service, but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us by email or you can call us on the described numbers.
We reserve the right to change these rules from time to time. If guests are in breach of any of these conditions, we reserve the right to request that guests vacate their apartment immediately. These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkish Republic and the Courts of Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning these conditions and any matter arising from them.
