El espacio
Three bedroom townhouse with excellent ski access. Beautifully furnished with a private hot tub, large walk-in shower, private sauna and a BBQ on the deck. Gas fireplaces in living room & master bedroom create a cozy place to relax after a day on the slopes. The vaulted ceilings and open plan design create a spacious feeling as soon as you enter the house, with lots of windows straight ahead providing plenty of light, and views of the valley. A gas fireplace brings a cozy feeling to the living room. Through the glass sliding door, you can access the private balcony, with hot tub and BBQ -- a great place to sit and relax after a day on the slopes and to admire the view. The sauna has space for several guests and is another great place to relax and warm up after a hard day.
In the hallway, there is a laundry alcove, with modern stacked washer/dryer. The private garage has space for 1 car, there is an additional parking pass for 1 extra outdoor space on a first come/first serve basis.

Parking Notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Garage parking for one medium sized car, please be aware that parking anytime in the firelane is strictly prohibited. Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In (winter only).



Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
