Located in one of Inverloch's sought after leafy beachside streets, this 3 bedroom, light filled, modern home with dual living zones is a 4-minute walk down a treed path to sparkling beaches (both inlet and surf). A gentle stroll along the shared bike path takes you to local cafes and amenities. The nearby small playground provides an extra entertainment option. This home is well suited to accommodating mixed groups of friends or two families with children. The floor plan is designed over two levels. Open plan living and dining on the ground floor connects beautifully with the well equipped kitchen, flowing through to the rear deck and fully fenced backyard offering terrific entertaining options.
